Curiosity Killed The Caretaker

By Patricia Gay

Join us for a unique play – a Murder Mystery set in 1953, just one week after Queen Elizabeth the Second’s Coronation.

Immerse yourself in the post-Coronation setting of the Jubilee Hotel for Retired Gentlewomen and don’t forget to pay special attention to the characters’ actions and listen for clues.

The play consists of four scenes. The first two scenes will have short intervals between them in which to discuss the clues and evidence that have been presented. After the third scene, there will be a final interval to consolidate your evidence and hand in your completed ‘accusation sheet’ with the name of the murderer and any motives. The final scene will reveal the murderer after which the winners will be revealed and prizes awarded.
